FAQ 01

Do you sign NDA before drawing review?

Yes. Mutual NDA is signed before any 2D / 3D file is opened. We send our template, or run yours. No drawing is shared with material vendors or sub-tooling until you approve.

FAQ 02

What is the typical sample lead time?

Seven to fourteen days for silicone compression and plastic injection on aluminum sample tooling. Three trial shots, two iterations. Approved sample is shipped by DHL or FedEx on your account.

FAQ 03

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by part complexity. Usually 2,000 units for simple silicone parts and 5,000 for plastic injection parts. Trial runs of 500 units are accepted at a one-off setup fee.

FAQ 04

How do you ship and on what terms?

FOB Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou) or Guangzhou by default. EXW Huizhou, DDP and door-to-door are also supported. Payment terms include 30 / 70 T/T, L/C at sight and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
